International provider in logistics and warehousing is looking for a project manager to handle a full range of company's activities in Russia
Responsibilities:
- Project administration?
- Managing project team (operations, IT,HR,procurement, H&S, security etc)
- Creation, adjustment and follow-up of project plan
- Carry responsibility for project budget, deadlines and overall result
- Initiating meetings with client and project team when it’s required
- Preparation and participation in the meetings with client, time and scribe keeping
- Creation and keeping up to date the list of open points, minutes of the meeting, change tracker etc.
- Project scope follow-up and immediate communication of changes to superior and project team
- Estimation of the impact of the changes on the timeline and budget
- Reporting project status to top management
- Ensuring that accounting documents are received in full and on time
- Managing project risks
- Project Preparation and Support
- ?Transformation/adjustment of equipment needs from what was in the commercial offer to client into real needs according to actual scope of project
- Execution and control of purchasing of the warehouse equipment, except IT (racks, MHE, furniture, etc.) with prior validation by DOP
- Participation/ Follow-up of creation of SOPs, work instructions, etc.
- Support operations during Go-live
- Handover project to operational management
- Project Budget Follow-up
- Respecting the project budget when purchasing
- Preparation and regular communication of payment planning to financial controller (for cash-flow)
Skills and requirements:
- Higher education
- Minimum of 3-year experience in 3PL warehouse logistics (A class) is a must (projects, R&D, WMS, lean management or operational experience is an advantage)
- Project planning skills and experience
- English - intermediate is a must
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint - advanced user
- Open-minded, positive, proactive
- Good time management skills
- Good organization and analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Result oriented
- Team player
- Stressproof
- Able to work under deadlines
- Able to act autonomously within project
Compensations:
- Fixed part of monthly income is negotiable
- 15% annual bonus

- Vacation is 28 calendar days a year + 3 additional days as a compensation for irregular working hours
