Deal Advisory team includes over 250 professionals in Russia and the CIS. We are one of the largest deal advisors with professional teams in Russia and the CIS, providing objective unbiased advice on every aspect of the full range of transactions.
Our practice in Russia and the CIS saw Russian M&A nascent in 1997-2002 and gathering momentum from 2003 onwards. We advised on the landmark deals on the Russian market and in the CIS. Responsibilities:
- Team member on business planning / finance raising projects;
- Taking part in financial modeling and drafting certain sections of the deliverable documents (business plans, information memoranda, etc);
- Inputting into preparing presentations and pitch materials;
- Conducting market, industry and company research.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance Department (Big4 is a plus)
- Understanding key investment analysis indicators (NPV, IRR, PBP, DPBP, FCFF, FCFE, WACC, CAPM etc);
- General understanding of forecasting process (how to construct a cash inflows/outflows);
- Knowledge of financial statements, in particular:
- Good knowledge of relations between different forms of financial statements;
- Accounting for inventory, fixed assets, financial liabilities etc;
- Ratio analysis;
- General understanding of possible sources of financing and their requirements;
- Ability to conduct industry / company research and summarize its results in a clear form;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point;
- Good team player;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability and strong desire to work hard and learn quickly;
- ACCA, CFA exams passed is a plus.
