Responsibilities:
- Ongoing control over Inter Company transactions, Customs Fees and VAT, Care Packs, inventory, Spare parts, Cartridges movement (procurement, turnover, write-off).
- Manage export/import deals in accordance with Local/ GAAP accounting.
- Control over deferred expenses/revenue, Care Pack deferred VAT.
- Warranty fees calculation and billing.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies related to dedicated processes in line with compliance and local standards.
- Internal and external audit participation.
- Support Robots and Tools.
- Drive and secure data quality in SAP.
- Provides moderately complex financial analysis for dedicated processes.
- Develops a deeper understanding of HP's financial processes and a detailed knowledge of the business.
- Identify significant improvement potential, derive solutions and facilitate related decisions
- Ongoing projects participation
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant Finance experience as a financial analyst or accountant
- Knowledge of corporate financial analysis and US GAAP standard is a plus
- SAP HANA knowledge is a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good understanding of accounting processes and principles.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and digital skills. In addition, candidate must have an inquisitive approach to analysis, continuously asking provoking questions, seeking additional information and challenging results when needed
- Advanced business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, WEBI, SAP HANA)
- Ability to get into the details as well as see the big picture
- Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and learn new systems/ methods as required
- Excellent communications skills, high energy level, multitasking skills
- Ability to work with large amounts of information
- Full responsibility for the result
- Upper-intermediate and higher level of English
- Good teamwork skills.
