THE ROLE
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for Wella Professionals and Retail Digital Eco System.
Reporting to: Digital Marketing and Influencer Marketing Director Russia & CEE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement a clear digital strategy to enable the company digital ecosystem to serve business results;
- Plan and execute digital media campaigns (i.e. SEM) with the help of advertising agency;
- Support and promote local websites;
- Increase engagement B2C platforms via strong social media campaigns, always on content plans and CRM program, through segmentation and re-targeting techniques;
- Track & Communicate performance against KPIs and propose recommendations to improve results;
- Prepare regular digital metrics reporting (quarterly, ad-hoc);
- Raise awareness about digital of the organization through capability building activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- 2+ years of working experience in digital marketing;
- Technical knowledge and experience of working with SEA, Paid SoMe, Programmatic, SEO optimization and other Media channels;
- Experience working with various KPIs: reach, lead generation, sales;
- Advanced web analytics skills and experience working with Google Analytics/Yandex Metrics;
- Complete fluency in Russian & English;
- Behavioral skills and competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation;
- High collaboration and influencing skills in a complex organization;
- Digitally savvy and active on social media;
- Advanced project management skills: ability to build relationships with partners, set tasks and control the quality and timings of their implementation, lead working meetings;
- Experience of working as part of a team, including working in collaboration with stakeholders
Desirable:
- Background in the beauty industry;
- Experience with Adobe Analytics
