Your function:
Participation in project activities
- Participation in Customer personal communications (SAP/Hybris Marketing) projects as SAP Marketing consultant;
- Participation in various Multi-channel projects as IT Analyst/Inhouse Consultant as functional expert;
- Proactively participate in identifying solutions, designing concepts, system improvements or opportunities and driving for their implementation in the frame of project implementation and support;
- Capture, collect, describe complex business requirements and facilitate workshops for interviewing key-users and business process owners during order clarification phases;
- Drives technology and business process innovation by implementing sound IT Solutions for the business domain Customer Relationship Management, Marketing and Multichannel;
- Prepare Business Blueprints, fit/gap analyses, technical and migration concepts, technical specifications and test scenarios;
- Design, configure and test Digital marketing Solution;
- Support the migration and Quality assurance in all project phases and support;
Participation in support activities:
- Acts as liaison with business process owners, solution owners and key-users;
- Provide key-user and end user trainings, documentation;
- Second and Third Level support of applications supporting domain CRM&Customer Engagement business domain;
- Coaching other team members and support permanent Knowledge How Transfer;
- Establish close collaboration with fellow teams, Global Competence Center and external suppliers to ensure that Marketing Solution is adapted for local business requirements.
What you will need to bring to the team:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Economics, Business or related field;
- 3+ years of relevant working experience as SAP Marketing consultant, supporting and implementing SAP Hybris Marketing Solutions based on omnichannel strategy preferably in Retail, FMCG, DIY and/or excellent understanding of B2C and/or B2B2C segments;
- A practical experience in SPRO customizing, knowledge of BAPI, BADI, SAP Fiori;
- A good understanding of SAP platforms and solutions in particularly SAP Hana Database;
- A proven track record of successful SAP Marketing implementations or further development projects (1-2);
- Sound knowledge and proven hands-on experience of system integration (SAP PI, OData REST APIs, SOAP services);
- A deep understanding of CRM ecosystem – POS and ERP integration, SMS traffic solutions, Call center integration, integrations social networks and messengers etc
- Experience to work under pressure in cross functional teams;
- Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of his/her comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit;
- English in writing is mandatory (intermediate);
- Analytical and innovative problem solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work on various and cross-functional subjects, integrative mindset.
Will be considered as an advantage:
- Hands-on knowledge or technical design experience of integrating customer data analytics with CRM and marketing communications;
- Experience in implementing or designing of individual customer offers in B2C;
- A proven track record of implementing omni-channel IT solutions for campaign management, segmentation, dynamic content, Subscription management, E-commerce integration, trigger based marketing and analytics in particular;
- Ideally familiar with the requirements of successful e-commerce; understanding of digital marketing, role of content and search as part of overall eCommerce strategy;
- Technical background in programming (web front- , back-end, ABAP, mobile, HANA view), SQL, relational in memory databases;
