THE ROLE
A great opening is available within our Ecommerce team: we are inviting you to join us as a Ecommerce department assistant!
In this role you will be a part of the leading beauty business dealing with growing legendary brands: Wella, Londa – to name a few. You're going to work in close collaboration with E-KAMS and will have a great opportunirt to develop working experience in E-com sphere.
Reporting to: Head of Ecommerce
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payment process management (bonus data calculation, sales regular analytics and statistic)
- Various analytical reports (sales data, content data report for global teams etc)
- Data collection to reflect KPI performance
- Preparation of drafts of presentations to clients’ meetings
- Control over payment process to clients and platforms
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
YOUR PROFILE
Key Requirements:
- University Degree;
- Advanced user of MS Office (Power Point, Excel);
- Good at working with numbers, analytical skills;
- English knowledge is a an advantage;
- Desire to work in online sales, interest in Internet and digital;
- Be flexible with assignments and operational changes;
- Proactivity in tasks and ideas, willingness to modify and simplify operation procedures.
