Responsibilities:
- distribute responsibility among employees for the areas entrusted to them and ensure the development of subordinates;
- ensure the observance of the rule of law in the activities of the organization and the protection of its legal interests;
- develop and manage measures to ensure the security of protected objects, organize access control, manage the activities of the private security company;
- organize official investigations into the facts of disclosure and loss of protected information, theft of material values, violations of the ACS and access regimes;
- provide methodological assistance to executives in charge of security issues when concluding contracts with third-party organizations;
- interact with law enforcement and other authorities;
- identify possible risks from cooperation with one or another supplier of services / goods;
- organize office work, excluding unauthorized receipt of information under the ACS;
- organize and conduct official investigations into the facts of disclosure of information, loss of documents, valuables and other violations of the security of the enterprise, control the safety of the company's property;
- develop documents establishing the requirements for ensuring the safety of the enterprise (instructions, regulations, rules);
- organize accounting and analysis of violations of the ACS;
- identify facts of both external and internal fraud, develop and implement tools for their elimination;
- interact with branches of the company.
Requirements:
- higher professional education;
- at least 3 years of experience in managerial positions;
- possession of business correspondence skills, stable computer skills and the use of special programs;
- excellent communication and presentation skills;
- knowledge of project management technologies.
- Experience conducting security risk assessments and implementing security best practices and procedures.
Experience investigating criminal activity at a public or corporate level.
Experience with executive protection and personal security. - English Knowledge
