In order to strengthen its existing team, the Company is seeking a ‘SENIOR FINANCIAL PRODUCT MANAGER’, with 3-6 years of professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Working with RNL & RNB cross-functional teams to drive successful Insurance products and releases.
- Continuously monitor the market for identifying new opportunities and gaining competitive advantages, deliver regular mystery on Insurance products.
- Deliver result and ensure that the Insurance project bring profit to the company.
- Lead negotiations with Insurance partners to ensure balance of interests, successful cooperation.
- Working on opportunity and feasibility study for new products or new business areas.
- Working together with RNL & RNB teams on commercial offers in co-operation with internal departments (S&M, Legal, Compliance, Finance and IT).
Experience and Skills:
- 3-6 years work experience in in Insurance. Insurance background, relations with OEMs, car dealers and leasing\ banking experience a plus.
- Intermediate English level – mandatory.
- User level of the office technical means (Windows\PC).
- Good working level of PowerPoint, Excel.
- Experience in Insurance market.
- Project management skills, reediness to deliver high level of quality in Insurance business and in time.
- Ready to propose and deliver business ideas on Insurance and decisions within the existing level of authority.
- Team player and eager for results delivery.
- Ability to work autonomously.
Studies:
A Master’s degree in Finance or Economics & Marketing.
