Clarus is an international fintech company that develops software as a system integrator. Our main product is a financial ecosystem, which includes three projects: an exchange, a multicurrency wallet and a messenger.
At the moment our team is looking for a Financial Manager/Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:
- Organise and plan payments acceptance and disbursements in different directions and payment systems, both high and low-liquid directions;
- Carry out clearing operations, hedge exchange risks;
- Work with accounts and profiles of payment, stock exchange and brokerage systems around the world;
- Open, maintain and organise work with hundreds of accounts and profiles in various payment systems;
- Monitor and comply with payment systems and local requirements;
- Responsible for liquidity availability at exchange destinations and reduce of transactional costs;
- Document company’s funding of exchange directions;
- Create payment schedule, oversee execution of the cash flow plan;
- Conduct cash flow forecast;
- Work within the European legislation;
- Analyse, formalise and describe business processes in the funds domain;
- Formulate business requirements for the accounting and reporting systems.
Candidate’s profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in financial analytics/finance-related business analysis/asset management in management company;
- English is a must (correspondence, negotiations with foreign payment systems representatives and their support teams);
- Ability to multitask, prioritise the tasks to be done, literacy, accuracy, attentiveness;
- Risk accounting knowledge and experience;
- Willingness to solve non-trivial problems and work with global challenges;
- Familiarity with AML and KYC procedures;
- Financial modeling skills.
