We are looking for a talented IR and Capital Markets Manager to support all aspects of public company’s life. These include crafting and maintaining investor communication strategy, preparing investor presentations and quarterly earnings, attending analyst & investor meetings and collecting feedback, analyzing a wide variety of unstructured data and deriving strategic insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare for quarterly earnings call, including: investor presentation, Q&A development, financial back-up, post-event reporting, earnings release and scripts reviews, as well as other ad hoc analytical requests
- Manage IR calendar, organization and logistics of investor meetings and materials, conferences, non-deal roadshows, other events
- Participate and drive regular analyst/investor discussions – gather investor feedback and channel back to top management
- Establish productive communication channels with retail community
- Monitor and analyze sell-side analyst notes; review sell-side analyst models for accuracy and reasonableness of assumptions to ensure consensus estimates are accurate
- Maintain investor website
- Update, track, and organize investor contact databases
- Support the overall investor relations function on an ad-hoc basis. Assist with day-to-day needs and long-term special projects
- Develop ESG practice and its external communication
- Prepare for Board’s discussions on relevant IR matters
Requirements:
- Excellent academic track record, BA/MS degree from leading Russian University
- 2-3 years of professional experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, strategy or in an investor relations role
- Fluency in English is must
- Outstanding interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
- Desire to build a career in IR
- Passion for Internet/digital business
- Attention to details and critical thinking
