Responsibilities:
- Project leader on real assets valuation assignments;
- Carrying out financial analysis of company`s historical results and projections, conducting industry research
- Preparing and delivering financial models
- Preparing and delivering presentations for existing and potential clients, participation in other department marketing events
- Supervising and developing junior staff
- Evaluating performance of staff
- Project management
Requirements:
- Strong academic record (at least Bachelor’s Degree), desirably in finance/economics;
- At least 5-6 years of experience in valuation or investment analysis with focus on Real Estate
- Excellent knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques
- Experience in financial modeling
- Experience of managing project teams
- Good understanding of IFRS
- Good report writing skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong management skills - ability to organize and lead team work
- Capable of instilling enthusiasm in others
- Good analytical skills
- Motivation for development and career growth
- ACCA/CFA is a plus
