Your mission:

Your first goal as a leader is your team, their development and follow up. Your zone of responsibility is the FA section where you need to organize work of the team with the objective to guarantee FA accounting correctly and in time, following Russian and group accounting and tax standards. Moreover you should work on continuous improvement of processes to make them more efficient.

Also you need to be able to adapt processes to new conditions (use the new FSBU 6, FSBU 26) and finalise the methodology of FA according to the new FSBU 6, FSBU 26

Your responsibilities:

• Team management (3-4 people): individual meetings, accompanying in development
• Guarantee correctness of BS and PL in FA part according to RAS, tax legislation and group norms (commissioning, depreciation, write-off, inventory, repairs, transfer)
• Building & follow-up of control towers
• Organisation of FA operations - internal electronic docflow, archive control
• Open FA amount control and optimization
• Management of russian accounts 01, 02, 08
• Participation in monthly closing, reconciliation accounting between 1C and ERP based on Oracle
• Participation in audit and tax audit
• Optimization and automation of work processes
• Communication with other departments
• Check of contracts for the purchase of fixed assets
• Finalise the methodology of FA according to the new FSBU 6, FSBU 26
• Check the calculation of the property tax, transport tax, land taх - control and preparation of the payments into taх inspectorate

Your profile:

• University degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance;
• 5+ years experience in accounting, experience with FA under RAS, tax and international standards
• Knowledge of FA operation documentation accounting and taxation
• Ready to find ways to support new FSBU 6 and 26
• Management experience (at least functional)
• 1C confident user (or another erp system)
• Information systems user (Consultant+ and etc)
• Confident user of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macro as advantage)
• English speaker (able to have an interview in English), French as advantage
• Human oriented
• Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, curious, able to handle multiple priorities, synthetic and analytical thinking
• Problem solver, decision maker, reliable person, willing to learn fast
• Dynamic & good communicator
