French Recruitment Agency TPA/AXIS is currently looking for Process Licensing Marketing Representative (Natural Gas Treatment) for well-known European company that is the licensor and the manufacturer of catalysts and adsorbents.
Key responsibilities:
- Based in Moscow, the Process Licensing Marketing Representative has the responsibility on the CIS territory to develop the process licensing marketing activity in the field of natural gas treatment;
- Be responsible of the Market development by regular promoting actions of Company Technology by frequent meetings in CIS countries including Russia;
- Be able to understand the customers’ needs and, after close technical exchanges with headquarters, adjust the corresponding answer;
- Maintain customer records per guidelines with emphasis on contacts, scheduled meetings, call reports and important documents;
- Develop the network;
- Develop and present technical presentations;
- Prepare and present commercial and technical marketing proposals;
- Through a clear vision of the CIS market, conduct a strategy through a Marketing Approach;
- Be responsible to assist the Regional Sales Manager for the local negotiation of contract in relation with the Legal department;
- Periodically update database of information concerning the CIS Gas sites;
- Monitor competitive activity and provide information as available;
- Provide market share data to industry coordinator annually by deadline requested;
- Submit Won/Loss reports for all significant events;
Key requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent;
- Good knowledge in operations of refinery, petrochemical plants and gas processing;
- At least 5 years of total working experience in the refining, petrochemicals and gas industry;
- An experience in marketing is a plus;
- Required languages: Russian and English (fluent);
- Demonstrated ability to work and interface effectively with other marketing and support functions to move projects forward in a positive manner;
- Strong business focus with demonstrated priorities of setting the customer's needs first;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships;
- Experience in a global organization;
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Strong business acumen, bias for action and results orientation;
- Ability to travel up to 40% to 60% as required;
