We’re looking for passionate individuals who would like to challenge themselves and grow with the company together with the expansion of the gaming industry around the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the esports manager to plan and execute all aspects of a major mobile battle royale’s esports tournaments (online and offline) in the CIS region.

• Ensure the smooth end-to-end execution of all esports events, upholding the quality and integrity of such events. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Rulebook drafting, agency selection, contracts/payments, and player management

  • Local tournaments, international tournaments, pro-level tournaments, and casual tournaments.

• Work closely with key stakeholders of the local esports ecosystem, including but not limited to:

  • Internal stakeholders - management of the regional esports team, product team, community team, marketing team

  • External stakeholders - agencies, tournament organizers, esports pro organizations, pro players

• Track, analyze, report, and improve key performance indicators such as viewership and participation numbers

• Track, analyze, and report competitor movements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Business proficiency in Russian and English

• Able to work late-night shifts and weekends to prepare and execute projects and tournaments

• Well rounded, adaptable, and fast learner

• Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills

• Able to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment

• High energy, positive "can do" attitude, and results-driven

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Experience with FPS or battle royales is a plus

• Experience and passion in the gaming industry is a plus

• Relevant experience in esports and/or event management is a plus

• Experience managing a team is a plus

• Official labour agreement with 28 calendar days paid leave
• Remote or office based work environment
