Requirements
- Higher education degree (preferably IT analytics or HR analytics background)
- Experienced user of different CRM systems
- Digital project management experience
- Experience in quality management > 6 months
- Fluent in English or German (German is preferable)
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to participate in the improvement of the processes; affinity and openness for flexible management methods (Agile)
Responsibilities

Tasks in the field of HR analytics:
-
Determining business needs in a set of metrics
-
Formation of systems for data collection, modeling, forecasting HR metrics
-
Automation of the process of collecting and analyzing data (BI analytics)
-
Centralization of the HR analytics process in a several legal entities
-
Participation in HR analytics projects at all stages, building the correct data flow from the source to the final product.

Visual presentation of data: templates, UX / UI design
-
Development of a methodology for determining KPIs in areas.
-
Standardization and automation of reporting on personnel and processes in the field of personnel management.
-
Economic assessment of costs for projects in the field of personnel management.
-
Analysis of indicators for labor, wages, personnel costs at the enterprises of the group of companies and in the market.

Analysis of processes in the field of planning, accounting and control of indicators for labor and personnel costs.

Tasks in the field of quality management:
-
Control over the following by employees of business processes and quality standards
-
Assistance in describing business processes
-
Collecting feedback on the functioning of business processes
-
Development of proposals for optimization
-
Reporting to management
-
Tasks in the field retention:
-
Communicating and building positive relationships with employees
-
Analyzing employee’s behavior, needs and requests
-
Development of a predictive model of the reasons for layoffs for the employee retention program
-
Calculation of predicted turnover, HR cost and other functions (formulas, pivots, scripts)
-
Pushing users to learn digital tools which are necessary for fulfillment of duties
-
User support for digital internal tools as Dynamics CRM, Microsoft 365 apps, Mailing service etc.
