Travelpayouts by Aviasales is a digital partnership platform in the travel niche. We help brands extend their reach and acquire new customers while publishers get a chance to monetize their traffic.

We’ve already become a key player in the sphere of online travel in Russia and partner with the industry's biggest brands.

Travelpayouts Academy is a project at the intersection of education and marketing.

We help our partners earn more through the CPA channel (our platform). For this, we create educational content that explains the ins and outs of working with Travelpayouts and equips our partners with all the marketing skills and knowledge they need to monetize their projects with the platform.

As a Video Producer for Travelpayouts Academy, you will create educational videos for publishers. You will own the end-to-end video production process and work with cross-functional groups to deliver quality videos on time and within budget.

What will you do:

• manage the end-to-end video production pipeline. Drive project goals, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver educational YouTube videos;

• manage all aspects of productions from scriptwriting, coordinating, lighting, sound recording, shooting, editing, and color correction;

• ensure the regular release of educational products;

• run A/B tests of video format to find the most effective ones;

• together with the Academy lead and Academy team create an educational content strategy and content plan;

• help with the main performance KPI creation such as number of YOUTUBE subscribers, number of views, watch;

• collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams, from engineers to instructional designers.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience as a video producer in an agency, media (YouTube, TikTok, etc.), or on a brand side;

• a portfolio showcasing strong production skills, ideally, including instructional or product education-focused work. Please include portfolio links on your resume;

• advanced post-production: editing/motion graphics (Adobe Creative Suite);

• experience with the full suite of studio tools: camera, audio, lighting;

• experience in applying graphic/brand design to video content;

• studio production & studio team management;

• directing & producing live and on-demand video content;

• scriptwriting, editing and storyboarding;

• exceptional project management skills, ability to meet deadlines;

• managing outside agencies and production contractors/studios;

• you work fast and can manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• fluent English to be able to communicate with Native speakers.

It will be an advantage:

• if you have experience in the creation of educational courses/ videos or advertising/ explainer video;

• if you have a Bachelor's degree in radio, television, film or mass communication or related discipline;

• if you understand YouTube and challenges from the perspective of creators/consumers.
