The Tax and Legal Services practice of PwC Moscow is looking for a Consultant in its Customs group.
Description of the services provided by the Customs group:
- Advising major Russian and foreign companies on various customs matters such as customs valuation, customs classification, country of origin, etc.
- Conducting customs projects (customs diagnostics, consulting and compliance).
Job responsibilities:
- Analysis of customs legislation;
- Analysis of court and administrative practice;
- Writing draft reports, presentations on customs issues both in Russian and English;
- Preparation of information requests to foreign companies of the PwC network;
- Participation in tax (customs) audits of companies;
- Interaction with colleagues from other departments of PwC Russia or companies of the PwC network in other countries;
- Preparation of materials for client meetings, seminars;
- Preparation of contracts with PwC clients;
- Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures;
- Support in invoicing procedures.
Successful candidate profile:
- Higher education in Customs, Economics, Logistics or Law;
- 0-3 years of professional experience;
- Knowledge of customs procedures and legislation;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- English language: both verbal and written;
- Extensive computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point), knowledge of Power BI and other similar data analytic software is welcome;
- Ability to adapt to an intensive work environment;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Client service orientation and creativity;
- Career and success orientation.
