ABOUT THE ROLE:
Owner of Full Strip Stamps lifecycle and EGAIS/UTM area. Lead key areas of existing application (SAP) as SS methodology expert. Strip Stamps Management solution support and Enahancement requests preparation for futher development.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Translate Business requests into detailed Enhancement or Maintenance requests and together with Global IT team lead development using external company
- Collecting, analyzing, agreeing and documenting requirements
- Works with less structured, more complex issues
- Assist with root cause analysis
- Systematization of the work of our partners
- Preparation of documentation/training materials
- Help in solving problems as a third level of technical support
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- Experience as a consultant / analyst in the implementation of information (ERP / CRM) systems (SAP, 1C, etc.)
- Understanding the principle of building relational Databases, the ability to write SQL queries
- REST API, experience reading and composing XML and JSON
- Ability to formalize business processes
- Ability to draw diagrams in some notation (BPMN, IDEF0)
- Ability to formulate Terms of Reference / functional specifications / instructions for users - Testing / Acceptance (SIT / UAT)
- Understanding the entire software development cycle (analysis, design, development, testing, launch, support
- English – Upper Intermediate
As a plus:

Experience with SAP / SCP / hana db

Knowledge of state accounting systems and experience of integration with them (EGAIS, EMIAS, Mercury)

Experience with logistics / understanding of logistics processes
