Honeywell is looking for a topnotch Senior logistics supervisor, experienced enough to re-anchor the logistic and intercompany procurement function, but patient and systematic to handle the daily challenges of dealing with a large number of suppliers. You will utilize your logistics expertise and supervisory skills in a distribution center environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to support on supply chain, forecasting, inventory control, import operations, shipments of materials. You will evaluate the support ensure customer requirements are met. As a team supervisor, you will rebuilt and coach your team in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact to business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the logistic team to execute the logistics strategy, drive team excellence;
• Individual contribution in procurement and logistic of particular business area;
• Manage overall operational targets, forecasting;
• Day to day coordination operational activity;
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders including Customer service, Sales, Demand Planning, Marketing and Business Leadership;
• Ensure transaction compliance;
• Manage relationships with intercompany vendors
• Drive continuous improvement culture

YOU MUST HAVE

• >5 years work experience in logistics (import, domestic)
• >3 years work experience managing teams
• SAP knowledge and experience is a major advantage
• Bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistics or similar programs.
• English
