Unit: Mobile
Role: Product designer
Functions:
- Research: Participating in user research, competitive product and data analysis
- Roadmap: Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy.
- Design: Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive.
- Present: Present the design solutions at regular meetings with product teams and CEO.
- Implementation: Implement solutions along with the technical team and control quality on all stages.
- Optimization: Discovering design optimization points, improving design standards, and promoting implementation.
- Processes: Continuous improvement of design process through regular design reviews along with other designers.
- Design system: Continuous building of design system and components library for further reuse by product managers and other designers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, familiar with design guidelines and processes,
- Finance industry background,
- A portfolio featuring examples of product design work,
- Links to functioning products designed by you,
- The ability to use basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.),
- The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions,
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with product managers, analysts and engineers,
- The ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team,
- Clean visual design sense.
As a plus:
- Crypto industry background,
- Participation in A/B testing,
- Basic SQL knowledge.
