Could you launch your first prototype of the product without any development at all? Are you ready to go to Brazil to perform custdev (customer development) on the spot and work with real facts not an ideal world? Then here is a suggestion for you.We (the POKS team) intend to return online poker to amateur players. We want to make this game more fun, so that all players at table have an equal chance of winning and not be "naked" in the first couple of minutes.
We are a startup within a large holding company with powerful IT resources, best practices and huge experience. We work on the international market with countries where earning money playing poker is legal.
We are looking for a product manager with an entrepreneurial position and experience in organizing custdev (customer development).
Responsibilities:
Build custdev (customer development) processes
Determine the functionality of the product and MVP
Start the process of working on hypotheses
Motivate the team to take over the market
Requirements:
Have experience in:
entrepreneurship, launching your own custdev (customer development) project/business and
team prototyping
You are to be:
willing to take risks, be partial;
able to describe your position (to know exactly the formula of your interest and what you are strong at);
able to describe your idea that needs to be fulfilled;
able to coordinate, find, connect and balance resources.
You should know how to decompose tasks to achieve the result; to prioritize and re-prioritize the volume of tasks depending on external and internal changes.
Other requirements:
fluent English (from C1)
willingness to get move and have long business trips abroad
reflexion - the ability to comprehend your activities, change the methods of your action.
Communicative efficiency - the ability to communicate with different people and work in a team.
Competent speech
Well-spoken and written English/ Russian
knowledge of Portuguese will be a great advantage
