• lead to analyses and configure the business process in the company;
• prepare the proper business process description;

• lead the ideation, build, deployment, and adoption of technical solutions centered around critical transformation priorities;

• integrates how the big picture of the digital initiatives comes together from definition to implementation on implications across the business;

• influences functional business strategies to ensure the right initiatives are undertaken and the benefits are being fully realized throughout the enterprise;

• manages a pool of IT providers which are responsible for the execution of transformation projects and initiatives;

• сollaborate globally and cross-functionally with business partners across diverse functions to enable transformation;

• supports initiative teams with transformational domain expertise, project & portfolio management, and change management to accelerate transformation and create value toward required outcomes;

• ensures effective stakeholder engagement and communications; keeps executives aware of any red flags concerning timing, budget, integration of process;

• gives advice and counsels leaders without owning the project to ensure the steps, tracking and expectations are consistent;

• facilitates resolution of complex, cross-functional issues with leadership team;

• finds, researches, and advocates for adoption of innovation and best practices, drives implementation of global best practices for data storage and management;

• develops and reports Key Performance Indicators and metrics.

• bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree in related discipline preferred;

• 10+ years of progressive experience with a strong knowledge of systems and cross functional processes to include change leadership/ business transformation/ Program Management with go-to market support;

• english – at least upper intermediate;

• expertise in improvement practices;

• strong project management, planning, and organizational skills

  comfortable with rapid pace and ambiguity;

• strong consensus building and conflict management skills;

• ability to work independently and with a cross functional teams;

• strong leadership skills and desire to take on additional responsibility in the future;

• experience in Digital sales and service enablement/commercial ops would be a plus (ie. Building and scaling commercial operations).
