RES (rotating equipment services) - pumps, compressors, steam turbines and auxiliary equipment.

Job responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility to ensure that customer requirements are satisfied whilst meeting PPR (pumps part and retrofit) targets;
• Overall responsibility to ensure that initiated tenders, orders and invoices meet company requirements in terms of selection, pricing, terms and conditions and lead time in accordance with the compliance regulations, delegation of authority guidelines, export control and IDDA process
• Mentoring, directing, motivating, supervising and monitoring the performance of all members of the allocated team;
• Organization of application of pumps equipment in accordance with customer requests, technical and economic calculations for projects ROI analysis;
• Preparation of requests for additional equipment, evaluation of suppliers technical and commercial offers;
• Preparation of technical and commercial proposals/tenders for customers in Russia and CIS countries;
• Contribute towards preparation of monthly report to communicate local business performance against targets;
• Implement and review pricing strategy for spare parts and retrofit;
• Overall responsibility to ensure that the sales team are adequately supported and that projects are launched in a timely and professional manner;
• Participation in negotiations with customers on technical issues (if necessary, together with colleagues from sales team);
• Holding technical presentations and training sessions for customers;
• Maintenance of the data on company tools (CRM – Salesforce, ERP-1C);
• Review of enquiries in conjunction with local sales team;
• Allocation of enquiries and orders to the team ensuring optimum use of resources;
• Manage the preparation and execution of tenders and orders;
• Manage cooperation with New Business considering all aspects of RES.
• Overall responsibility to ensure that Order Entry Documentation is completed in accordance with handover guidelines and procedures;
• Ensure that handover meetings and other communication with Sulzer factories/vendors for defined projects are effective and result in a smooth transition from pre to post order status;
• Ensure application of Sulzer policies, procedures, codes of conduct, tools and best practice guidelines.

Requirements:

• Technical degree;
• Knowledge of centrifugal pumps and other dynamic equipment;
• Relevant experience in production company >7 years;
• Management experience;
• Experience in Power and O&G as an advantage;
• Communication and negotiation skills, staff management skills, organization skills, attention to detail;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of Salesforce and 1C ERP;
• MS Office advanced user;
