THE ROLE

We are actively looking for a valuable addition to our team: our future Financial Planning and Analysis manager. If you are having financial background in Beauty, FMCG, retail distributions, pharma or Big4, love both analysis and people, ready for daily challenges - then you have found the right vacancy!

Reporting to: Co-pilot Finance Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead forecasting, analysis and reporting processes for local Business Units’ P&L in Russia/CIS,
• Participate in planning, reporting and analysis of Working Capital and CF;
• Participate in balance sheet reconciliation and analysis;
• Lead business cases and project calculations for business decisions support;
• Lead preparation of annual plan/budget, quarterly and monthly forecast in collaboration with Business Leaders/Budget Owners taking into account inputs from multifunctional team, trends, validating key drivers and assumptions, etc.
• Lead monthly/quarterly updates for plan/budget consolidating inputs from different departments and business units;
• Lead the financial reporting process, provides regular reports to local team and regional management, ad-hoc reporting;
• Perform variances analysis identifying root causes. Identify, analyze and track trends that impact financial performance. Work with teams to identify actionable solutions and adjusts forecasts as needed;
• Work collaboratively with regional Planning and other Corporate functions to ensure the annual plan/budget(s), forecast(s) are validated and aligned;
• Drives various ad-hoc involvements in group-wide tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

• 2+ years of working experience as Financial Planner, Financial Analyst, Financial Controller in Beauty, FMCG, Retail or Big4;
• Deep experience in Excel, Power Point;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Fluent English;
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude;
• Good understanding of IFRS policies and principles;
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system;
• University degree in finance / math field

Desirable:

• People management experience;
• Additional finance education such as: CIMA/ACCA/CPA is an advantage;
• Experience with BI tools, SQL, and SmartView (Essbase retrieve tools) is an advantage;
