BAT Russia is looking for a Demand Planner in Moscow
Seniority level: Experienced professional
Function / Sub Function: SP&I
Reports to: Demand Planning Manager
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Generating statistical sales forecast for current year+2 by SKU for entire portfolio.
- Analysing factors affecting actual and forecasted performance to enhance the statistical sales forecast.
- Negotiating with trade team to derive consensus sales forecast for a short horizon.
- Generating detailed sales summary for Organisation to operate.
- Generating new product forecast and collaborating with other departments to reflect latest activation plans.
- Managing business intel of S&OP outcomes in Power BI and present it to Organisation monthly
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Higher education. Knowledge of statistical modelling would be an advantage.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a Blue Chip FMCG company.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel. Skills in Power BI would be an advantage.
- English – at least upper Intermediate.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
