We are looking for experienced candidates for the position HEAD OF TRADING AND PRODUCT OPERATIONS.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Commercial Director, and serving as his deputy;
- Management and coordination of the Product Department’s activities aimed at development of commercially sound, rationally structured and balanced collections:
- Management of Product Development Calendars. Driving to make sure all necessary tasks are completed on time through effective process and workflow management.
- Control and monitoring of order execution, deliveries of the product to the warehouse;
- Information support of the logistics process.
- Core responsibility to align ways of working, processes, systems across the whole Product Department. Drive change and implementation;
- Responsible for delivering the commercial parameters set for the Business – quantity and value sales, intake margin, final margin, stock management;
- Continuously understanding the trading situation for all channels. Analysis of category performance, amending and taking necessary action in order to meet KPI’s;
- Responsible for knowing the TVOE customer and the Russian value fashion marketplace. Continuous benchmarking of key competitors to ensure that TVOE offers the best value in the market;
- Participation in development of TVOE pricing policy for all channels. Responsible for price setting strategy for Retail;
- License planning and forecasting in order to achieve Minimum Guarantees and contractual Business Plans. Input and support of the Marketing Calendar process from a commercial perspective;
- NOS/Basics Management; oversee to ensure the process works seamlessly;
- Holding weekly Trading Meetings with the Product and Planning Teams; building the trading mentality throughout the Organisation. Recommending appropriate trading action on a continuous base:
- Commercial Planning – core commercial input to Sales Plans, Assortment Plans, category adjustments and new product opportunities;
- Interactions with all suppliers/production units. Timely delivering to suppliers/production units information about new processes, future seasonal collection, as well as timely setting of the tasks and subsequent control over their implementation;
- Together with HR, responsible for the recruitment and development of the team, and for dealing with problem situations;
- Responsible for accuracy of data input into Navision and PLM;
Requirements:
- Excellent knoweledge of the fashion industry!
- Education in the field of economics, design, production technology, management, marketing;
- High level of product knowledge: design, production, pricing;
- High level negotiation skills;
- Experience in establishing business relations with suppliers, manufacturers, factories in China, etc.;
- Advanced level of English;
- Skills of an experienced manager, able to perform tasks timely and work in multitasking mode;
- Advanced PC user, high level of Excel knowledge;
- Developed computational and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a team and express your opinion on trends and commercial expectations.
- Candidate should have higher education and work experience in a similar position from 5 years;
