We are team which makes data revolution in beauty company.
And we are looking for analysts who will empower us in our mission, to make natural beauty closer to people.
Few words of our scope:
Analytics:
- Client base analytic: descriptive statistics, dynamics, analysis of customer behavior, LTV and so on;
- Marketing campaigns analysis: pull, turnover, margin, all of these by clients, what clients likes and who could fraud with this;
- Product analisis by clients: what products recruits, what we can suggest to customer to make his choice smoother, and what each customer likes;
- Making hypothesis, developing tests, making tests and then generating new ideas for business.
Sharing insights:
- Creation of Dashboards: simple and useful;
- Preparing, sharing and promoting recommendation of contact plan modification for marketing team based on our know how;
- Sharing insights to business actors.
Reporting:
- Maintaining necessary reporting. Current one and new one;
- Preparation of clients selections for online and offline communication.
Development:
- Optimization and automatization of regular reporting routine;
- Development and creation of new analytical tools and models (segmentation, scoring, forecasting clients behavior);
- Maintaining and enhance on local data werehouse, creating of BI-reporting.
And Projects:
As a part of international teams we :
- Creates analytical models and approaches;
- Develop loyalty program and personalized approach in sales;
- Integration of modern analytical tools and developing of international datalake (Google Cloud Platform, Salesforce, Tableau).
And we are looking for:
- Higher education // Preferable programs - Math, Tech, Economics, Management, Logistics;
- SQL – mandatory. You should be ok with window functions, stores procedures. Experience using SQL in analytical issues solving. (we use following: Oracle/ Postgre / BigQuery);
- Experience Python – core, pandas. To take info from DB, make descriptive statistics and make graphs, extractions;
- English Upper-intermediate and higher;
- Proactivity, initiative, ability to learn quickly;
- Ability to work independently and in a team without constant direct supervision;.
- Experience in statistics libraries Python as a plus.
