Responsibilities :- Clients cash orders execution (full scope): acceptance, verification, execution (sending instructions to Banks for execution), control of execution
- Processing of cash payments under trades, cash payments for internal liquidity management purposes
- Resolve issues related to payments by liaising with bank
- Record keeping of cash payments in back-office system
- Operational day closure: processing of bank statements, daily reconciliation of cash balances with banks, investigation and settlement of discrepancies
- Correspondence with other banks and brokers concerning payment investigation and reconciliation’s discrepancies
- FX trades record keeping and settlement
- Daily archiving the documents of the day
- Higher education
- Not less than 2 year working experience in back/middle office of investment company
- Knowledge of payment systems, experience in processing cash payments
- Fluent English
- Possibility to work in shifts (1st shift starts at 8:00 and last shift ends at 21:00.Work time is 8 hour p.a day and shifts will be set up according to business requirements)
