KPMG Deal Advisory team provides advice on managing divestments and acquisitions of companies in Russia/ CIS and abroad. We support our clients throughout the M&A process from initial planning and preparation to closing.
Responsibilities:
- Taking part in financial and operational corporate restructuring assignments
- Communicating with clients, collecting information, conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting on findings
- Conducting research to help our clients assess the impact of market dynamics and the competitive environment on target’s ability to generate cash flows
- Reviewing and verifying financial models and forecasts, collecting various financial and accounting information and conducting consistency checks, writing significant parts of the deliverable documents (model review reports, independent business review reports, etc) under supervision of manager
- Preparing presentations and pitch materials
- Preparing draft contracts, risk management and other project-related documents
To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
- Higher education in finance or economics or last-year student
- Ability to work at least 30 h/w or full-time
- Understanding of restructuring process
- Excellent command of English, native Russian
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing environment and various circumstances
- An enquiring and creative mind, strong analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong structured problem solving skills
