You will be reporting to the Business Dev & Intelligence Director.
The Position
In the role of Multi-Channel Engagement Manager, you will ensure to drive multi-channel strategy development and implementation:
- Drive multi-channel strategy development and lead its implementation to support the overall affiliate’s portfolio, lead piloting and execution of the multichannel projects.
- Support the execution of HCP and patient journey-based experiences across multiple channels.
- Support Medical, Marketing, Sales, Market Access Teams, as well as other functions in their multichannel projects.
- Build and maintain relations with global and regional functions necessary to support local MCE projects and activities.
- Enable field readiness and drive initiatives to increase engagement and buy-in through implementing change management approaches.
- Develop, communicate and monitor the KPIs of multichannel activities, present to management and team, provide advice and ideas on possible actions.
- Keep own and team knowledge of the digital marketing tools up to date to manage digital activities in the best possible way.
Qualifications
- University degree is required; specialization in communication, business and/or marketing desired;
- 3+ years of relevant experience in digital (MCE) marketing, preferably in the healthcare space;
- Demonstrated broad marketing mix strategy experience with expertise in all digital channels;
- Experience in orchestration engines and CRM is preferred;
- Demonstrated analytical capability and proven strategic leadership with an ability to synthesize insights, create focus, and influence the organization to move forward;
- English at at least upper-intermediate level – you will need it to be working with international colleagues on a regular basis;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in building relationships with sales, marketing, medical department and external vendors;
- Excellent planning, organization and time management competencies including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
