The Aventus Group is a fast growing international group of companies.
The main activity is the provision of financial services for individuals in Latvia, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and Moldova. The company's activities are coordinated from the main office in Vilnius.
The group currently has more than 1500 employees in 12 countries and we continue to actively develop.
Responsibilities:
- Building and implementation of scoring models (application, fraud, behavioral, others)
- Optimization and automation of existing business processes and decision-making strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Development of key metrics to evaluate efficiency of implemented risk strategies
- Analysis of new data sources and their applicability in decision-making strategies
- Launch and support of new projects, pilots in terms of credit risks
- Fraud investigation activities. Development and implementation of anti-fraud strategies
- Credit portfolio and risk analysis, recommending corrective actions. Ad-hoc risk reporting
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, econometrics, economics, operations research, computer science
- Experience working in financial companies (banks, MFI) in a similar position for at least 3 years
- Experience in efficient scorecards development and implementation in lending companies (MFI, Banks)
- Ability to work with large amounts of data – strong knowledge in SQL / MS SQL / PostgreSQL / PowerBI / Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motived and creative professional
- English – not lower than Upper Intermediate (B2)
