Thankfully, our projects here at Social Discovery Ventures are expanding rapidly, so at this time, we are seeking a Customer Support Operator to join our customer care dream team on a remote-work basis. We work with exciting and vibrant platforms such as dating, chat and streaming sites and applications. This is a unique opportunity to communicate with international customers from all around the world! You never know where your next customer calls from :)

So, what is this role all about?

Consulting our customers on all raised questions and/or concerns related to our websites and applications
-
Working timely, speedily and effectively with all customer requests, understanding how to prioritize when needed

Resolving all customer issues with the goal of customer retention (we do want to keep our customers more than anything, after all)

Promoting our products to customers upon opportunity (selling with reason)
-
Maintaining a high standard of service quality (for it is our heart and soul)
