As an intern in Contract Management you’ll be supporting Contract Management team with their daily activities and improvement projects.

What you’ll do
- Support contract approval process – check the wording, archive the originals and track the lack ones
- Working in internal databases
- Due Diligence Process administration and control in internal contract base
- Support Business in all 3 stages of Contract Management Lifecycle: Content, Format and Execution
- Communication with internal clients regarding the contract flow
- Communication with the translation agency (if required)
- To execute other tasks assigned by Line Manager required by business needs
Your qualifications
- Student/graduate from University in legal/linguistics/international business fields
- Problem solving skills
- Good analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy
- Microsoft office pack: Excel/Outlook/Word
- Fluent Russian and solid English skills
