JOB MISSION
Alina is looking for an entrepreneurial and structured individual who is motivated to challenge the status quo and to grow with us, both personally and professionally, in a team that wants to revolutionize the alternative assets industry.
Your task as The Senior Lawyer is to provide support to the Legal Department by leading and supervision the Co-Investments Division. You predominately focus on service level agreements with customers and internal projects and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and coordination of Co-Investment Division (Delaware series LLC, venture capital fund)
- Delaware series LLC documents: drafting/reviewing of the fund’s governing documents (LLC agreement/series designations)
- Agreements with investors: structuring investments, drafting/reviewing side letters and agreements formalizing partial and full exits from investments and secondary sales between the investors participating in Delaware series
- Agreements with portfolio companies: reviewing transaction documents formalising the fund’s investments
- Regulatory: overviewing application of various US exemptions, US filings, investor status analysis, overviewing fund’s marketing activities
- Coordination of local counsel in various jurisdictions (US/Delaware mainly)
- Close interaction with investment, tax, finance, and operations teams of the group
- Develop, revise, and enforce business policies and procedures as needed
- Attend and contribute in team and project meetings as required
- Support the company‘ approach to sustainability
- Feedback on all business development opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- A relevant Diploma in Law
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience in investment funds industry/European funds/Delaware funds
- Detailed knowledge / experience of PE / VC or consulting / advisory businesses as an advantage
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Fluent business English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
