Sometimes students know they want to get involved and develop their leadership skills, but they don’t know where to start. That's why we've launched paid leadership program Metro LEADERS(the duration of the program is 1 year), where young professionals could learn new ways of working, acquire new knowledge, meet new colleagues and embrace a new culture of Metro Cash and Carry!
The program starts with exploring our stores for the first 3 months, where you will have an opportunity to know more about hidden process at our shops. After that time, you will continue working in our central office (m. Rechnoy Vokzal) at the department of SALES.
Every participant will lead own project with support of experienced buddy who will help settle in quickly, during the first year of your journey at our company.
Your future responsibilities:
- providing support in analytics related to business operations
- business processes design and optimization
- stimulate sales growth and development of Metro
- bring creative ideas and energy to the department of SALES as a real leader of your own
- optimization of work at our stores
- communication with our B2B and B2C clients
- be available for long-time learning process: you will have to plunge into all our process (workshops, master classes, training courses and so on)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

analytical mind with an eye for detail
-
fluent in spoken and written Russian & very good level of English(you can easily understand what is written here)

knowledge and experience with current administrative software: (MS Word, Excel, Internet browsers, etc)

excellent communication skills both oral and written
