Unit: Finance
Mission: to provide quality information sufficient to make top-level managerial decisions by independent preparation of financial reports, highlighting errors and anomalies, striving to decrease report preparation time to the time limits set by the CEO.
Main performance number: Completeness of fiat and crypto transactions reflection in financial systems
Second performance number: Weekly providing management reports
Functions:
- 1C automation: Development of loading new data blocks.
- 1C database check-up: Checking the completeness and correctness of filling 1C.
- Collect: Conducting payments, bookkeeping using the accounting system.
- Report: Preparing weekly financial report (CF, PnL).
Requirement skills and experience:
Experience in:
- Constructing financial statements (CF, PNL, Balance sheet) is a must.
- Preparing regulatory finance forms and conducting an internal audit.
- ERP systems Experience to make queries to databases for building reporting and financial analytics is desirable is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in SQL + 1 year
- Desire to create a new product.
- Experience in a startup, participation in preparation for an audit, implementation of processes is desirable.
- Needs to surround himself with straightforward people with high results.
- Working proficiency English.
- Ability to grow into product managers
