The client of Acteon is a global leader and well-known name within the women underwear and lingerie segment. With over 100 years of history, today the brand is quickly expanding in Russia and is launching new start-up operations by taking over the operations from their distributor in Russia. Going with these strategic, exciting and challenging plans, we are looking for a talented and accomplished Accountant with demonstrable success in the Retail industry.
В обязанности работника на вакантом месте входит следующее: - Timely processing and verifying of payments, sending invoices to accounting outsourcing company for payment, checking of invoices for correctness
- Receiving, control and processing of primary documents
- Overlooking store cash documentation: control over cash procedure, improving cash discipline, clarification of differences with the stores
- Day-to-day communication with accounting outsourcing company.
- Closing of advances, meaning requesting of supporting documents from suppliers
- Preparation of documents for tax and financial audits
- Explanation of expenses to Group controllers and Group treasury specialists
- Participation in a monthly closing, review and control of expenses
- Advance reports processing
- Rent payments and preparing of turnover reports
- Gift cards check in the system
- Other relevant tasks
Требования к работнику следующие: - Higher education (preferably in accounting/audit/finance/economics)
- Experience in working as accountant/senior accountant in Retail company from 5 years
- English – from upper-intermediate, meaning ability to pass interview in English
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with retail cash documents and bank-client is a plus
- SAP experience is advantage
- Pro-active, responsible, willing to work and develop in dynamic environment
