What we do
Strategy & Operations Group in Moscow is dynamically growing practice that provides wide range of strategic advisory services to leading companies in different industries of Russian and CIS economies and helps companies improve their operations.
We team up with our clients to focus on their key success factors, identify the cost drivers for the company and aim to bring significant cost savings from implementing more efficient operating models.
Given our strong prospects for continued growth and success, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team and grow with us, in order to meet the needs of our expanding client base.
Responsibilities
Key team member on complex assignments in business processes optimization projects:
- Strategy review and development, market assessment, products development
- Manage operational performance and transformation projects
- Define cost saving opportunities across supporting functions (IT-systems modification, organizational changes etc..)
- Strategize, design, establish a shared services operating model:
- Business-processes design and optimization
- Organization and service model design and optimization
- Advice on suitable back-office operating model
- Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals, contracts and other project-related documentation as well as marketing materials
- Supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring
To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
- Higher education (degree preferably in business, economics, mathematics)
- At least 3 years of professional experience, including management consulting (Big4/ other proven international consultancies) and industry experience in an international company/ large Russian corporation
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
- Ability to go on short-term business trips
