Job profile for Head of Product Operations
As the leader of the Product Ops team, you will be responsible for developing a cohesive strategy, drive outstanding execution through all operational processes with the portfolio of brands, and develop a team of outstanding professionals.
We’re looking for someone with true leadership and people management skills, extensive operational experience, and getting-things-done approach to work.
With Accel Club you will build an international career, will understand the startup landscape and will constantly develop your expertise.
Responsibilities

Take leadership over the team of 10+ operations professionals
-
Manage products operations, establish internal best practices, and ensure team members are using tools effectively in order to improve our processes as a team

Ensure that we have a defined set of steps for managing operations in supply chain, customer services, and brand analytics
-
Take a lead in developing standardized processes for respective streams and businesses to accommodate the growing needs of the business
-
Serve as a senior partner to the Head of Supply Chain, Head of Customer Support, and Project managers
Requirements

At least 3+ years of operational work experience and people management experience

A demonstrated record of strong operational results (bonus points for e-commerce),
-
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, ability to deep dive and dig into details

Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams to move beyond existing practices

Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

Technical and analytical aptitude or background

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting

Advanced level of English
