?????- Contributing to the development of Company's strategic goals and objectives, as well as the overall management of the organization (international Company within 18 countries).
- Leading all internal operations and work, in partnership with other senior managers, to formulate the strategic plan and to implement new processes and approaches to achieve it.
- Managing the overall growth and complexity of the balance sheet.
- Taking responsibility for the quality standards of the Accounting, Controlling, Finance, Treasury/Liquidity and Legal functions throughout the organization, and ensuring that all said functions provide timely and accurate management information in addition to meeting statutory requirements on financial reporting.
- Setting medium- and long-term financial, accounting and controlling strategies, as well as guidelines to ensure sustainable growth and profits.
- Responsibility for consolidation of financial and management reporting: monthly, quarterly, annually.
- Coordinating the investment, planning, cost management and forecasting cycles.
- Leading and monitoring the preparation of the annual and quarterly budgeting process, regular financial reports, capital budgets, internal and external company audit.
- Managing the Regional Finance Managers and integrating closely with the Company’s various business units.
- Raising the overall productivity levels and professional competence of the finance team, and improving its use of the finance system.
- Developing a robust and efficient finance strategy for the Company.
- Identifying areas for operational and financial improvement and facilitating their introduction and development.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7-10 years in a senior CFO role with a well-reputable organization in the financial services, consumer finance and/or banking industry operating on an international level;
- Extensive experience in managing a finance department with a profound knowledge of the whole finance and accounting function;
- Experience in leading large projects focusing on long term investment programs and major cost efficiencies;
- Systematic approach to problem detection and solving, strong analytical skills;
- A proven track record of people management internationally;
- Strong competency in initiation and implementation of new operational / financial approaches;
- Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people;
- Strong ability to initiate and implement new operational approaches;
- Experience in scaling up organizations;
- Knowledge and understanding of opening and setting up offices internationally;
- Strong leader, able to coordinate and drive the team;
- Fluent English language capabilities;
- MBA or finance related degree is an advantage;
