What we're looking for:
- Experience working in the affiliate or performance marketing industry (2+ years).
- Experience in marketing 3+ years.
- Spoken and written English B2+.
- Good understanding of advertising technology. Ideally, hands-on experience with display, popunder, or native advertising platforms.
- Strong marketing foundation, deep knowledge in SEO/SEM/UA.
- Understanding of content, PR, E-mail, growth marketing.
- Analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience managing marketing budgets.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter, independent in thought and action.
In this role, you will:
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Define RichAds marketing strategy and execute it.
- Launch new paid and organic channel experiments to meet user acquisition objectives, track performance, and report progress against long-term goals.
- Work together with product, customer success, and sales teams on product marketing.
- Manage and mentor the team of fellow marketers.
