This position is 100% remote work
An innovative, psychology focused company, Sobaki Pavlova, is looking for an Director of Affiliate Development. An amazing, data-driven and salesperson and marketer who will be responsible for delivering sales through the work of our affiliates and influencers. You will lead our affiliate program efforts that will drive the adoption, engagement and monetization of our multiple psychotherapy and integrative wellness brands. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with other marketers, sales teams, product management, artists, designers, and service providers.
This role will be responsible for both Russian and English language brands. You must be at least C1 level in both of these languages. Please do not apply if you can’t meet this requirement.

- You probably are big into yoga, fitness, mental health, or nutrition. And your Instagram at least looks like you are.

Affiliate acquisition

Searching and identifying potential affiliates, primarily Nano and Micro influencers.

Recognizing potential partners among clients
-
Adding info on partner program to affiliate directories
Marketing
-
Developing partner program strategy and defining KPI’s
-
Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
-
Content management (writing copy or preparing creative briefs for the content team) for newsletters, system emails, partner sign up landing page, blog
-
Coordinating live streaming, webinars and other collaborations between our service providers and affiliates
-
Coordinating with some affiliates for guest blogging or cross promotion
-
Working closely with graphic designers
-
Preparing promotional assets for partners such as ready-to-use banner, text, screenshots
-
Preparing campaigns to use with affiliate base
-
Monitoring competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
-
Keeping affiliates up to date on program and product enhancements
Daily partner program management
-
Ongoing communication with partners (replying to e-mails, follow-ups, social media, video calls)
-
Monitoring of partner activities and performance, including transactions check (fraud risk, unusual activities)
-
Identifying new active partners, potential opportunities to co-marketing, case studies, etc
-
Monitoring affiliate activity to ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all online channels

Making sure everything is tracked correctly

This position requires a screening exam for skills and personality traits which takes 90 minutes. This takes place before an offer of interview is made.
