Мы очень хотим, чтобы кандидат на эту вакансию понимал, как устроены соцмедийные платформы, умел разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегии, захватывающие аудиторию. Эта вакансия предполагает полностью удаленную работу, поэтому нам нет разницы, в каком уголке мира вы живете. Но нам очень важно, чтобы вы свободно разговаривали на русском и английском языках (не ниже C1-C2). Поэтому с этого места мы переключаемся на английский, чтобы удостовериться, что вы точно понимаете, что мы тут написали.
Do you tweet, share, and post to social media in your sleep? Do you know what it takes to grow an online community? The Director for Global Social Media is articulate and persuasive. They are perceptive and quick-witted. They know their assets well, and are familiar with their strengths and weaknesses as they compare to the competition. This role is also responsible for getting the best effort out of two junior social media specialists, while still delivering your own efforts in all areas of social media. There is no "not my job" in our wonderful team culture.
The role should be able to attract the target audience with the right message and tools, analyzing their performance and reporting it thoroughly. We're looking for a social media genius to manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

Responsibilities
Work with executive team to create go-to-market strategy to:
- Build our digital marketing roadmap.
- Present ideas in an effective way using tools such as Google Slides.
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget.
-Packaging and promotion of multiple accounts (Psychology niche, English and Russian language brands) on Instagram and other social media platforms. This is done with the entire team of SMMs
- Strategy development, analysis and adjustment from competitors, audience analysis, SWOT analysis
- Working with designers in creating a visual brand of accounts from an avatar to a profile feed including stories, posts, IGTV, live broadcasts, reels, etc.
- Promoting through commenting, advertising from bloggers, selecting blogs for VP, targeting, and using hashtags
- Interacting with the audience through full support for Direct, replies to comments, and work with Stories and Reels
- Building a sales funnel
- Attracting the target audience, increasing the number of visitors, and gaining subscribers.
- Statistics analysis and weekly reporting
- Working with visual applications to assist with creating guides, checklists, and advertising layouts
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Russian and English at the C1-C2 level
- Know how to build effective communications on google slides and how to diagram business process in lucid charts / Visio
- Knowledge of the cultural difference in social media strategies in English vs Russian
- Social media aptitude promoting accounts on Instagram and other platforms
- Five or more year of relevant experience
- Full-time dedication (Your contract will not allow you to work on any other marketing projects.)
- Knowledge of the latest strategies in marketing and SMM
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Goal-driven attitude that focuses on results
- Self discipline and self-organization
- Ability to inspire your team
- Knowledge of effective marketing strategies in Russian, CIS, and English Speaking markets
- Knowledge in warm-ups preferred
Suggested:
-Knowledge of Spanish at B1 level or higher is strongly encouraged.
-Prior experience working in the Psychology, Medical, Nutrition, or Fitness spheres
-Ability to read and understand scientific and technical texts
Compensation:
Four Working Days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday off-work each week)
Base Monthly Salary: ?77 000 - 90 000 (Based on experience)
Monthly Bonus 3% Revenue: ~?13 000 - 80 000
Total Monthly Compensation: ?90 000 - ?160 000
+Quarterly Company Profit Share (~?22 000)
This is our expectation for your first year, there is no limit to your success however.
