Sobaki Pavlova, an innovative company that provides online psychology, medical, and mental services worldwide under several brand names is looking for an Intern Data Scientist: a highly quantitative individual with technical and statistics know-how. This role combines a data-driven approach and expertise with an eye for spotting new opportunities to test and experiment. You should also have a nose for compelling content with data at its core, including blog posts, reports, data visualization, and more. In short, you are a “hacker” who loves data and optimization. You're going to love your job -- Time to be a triangle is a world of squares.
Responsibilities:

Design and implement statistical tests around our site and various marketing touchpoints and verify their significance and overall impact.

Multivariable and multivariate cluster analysis
-
Collaborate with marketing teammates, product managers, and other key stakeholders to implement what you learn.

Document all research and findings. You will build the company’s institutional knowledge and unlock new opportunities for growth and ways to operate more effectively.

Seek out problems and experiment with the best approach to solve them that can then be implemented.
Requirements:
-
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
-
Strong abilities in analytics and statistical or mathematical modeling.

Ability to program in Python or other modern programming language
-
Ability to use SPSS and other statistical software.

Excellent presentation skills. You’re comfortable using data to bring up new opportunities and best practices to your teammates to improve the way we operate and grow.

A natural curiosity and skepticism, helping lead you to experiments and tests in the name of improvement.

English and Russian at B2 Level or Higher
This posting will lead to a full-time or part time position; build your career with us. This position is part of our Senior Student, Recent Graduate, and Career Change internship program. This program consists of 4 months of partially paid internship, followed by 8 months of a part time position, and if desired a full time position one year after your starting date. We are committed to growing talent.
Compensation:
First four months of employment (Partially Paid Internship)
25 Hours / Week
Base Monthly Salary: ?8000 (275 BYN)
Next eight months of employment (Part Time)
25 Hours / Week
Base Monthly Salary: ?20 000 (750 BYN)
