• Provide methodological guidance and coordination of labor protection & safety in Company;
• Develop and implement targeted safety programs, policies, and procedures focused on immediately improving workers safety;
• Perform gap assessments in the safety management system to identify, develop, and implement actions to continuously improve the OHS performance;
• Perform OHS internal audits/inspections document results and follow-up on action plans;
• Ensure compliance with all government regulatory agencies, legislation requirements, Company global requirements on safety issues;
• Maintain and update necessary certifications and trainings. Conduct internal OHS meetings and training sessions;
• Assist in maintaining all health and safety document master copies as well as tracking and trending safety statistics;
• Own Company Safety Campaigns’ (Stop Campaign,10 Safety Rules,etc.) documents and audit process to ensure content is thorough, clear, and accurate. Continually improve the effectiveness of these programs;
• Maintain a clear path of communication with all personnel assisting as needed;
• Implement administrative or engineering controls to minimize safety hazards;
• Conduct accident investigations and root cause analyses;
• Perform field visits to inspect fire and safety equipment, machinery, and facilities; to identify and correct potential hazards; and to ensure compliance with occupational & industrial safety regulations; be a solution provider and be able to recognize gaps in early stages to take the proper preventive actions;
• Measure and improve the safety performance of individual locations;
• Organizing and coordinating OHS activities, meetings, trainings and other OHS related campaigns;
• Monthly and Annual Reporting (Safety Statistics, Accident Statistics);
• Budget control of OHS Deparment;
• Evaluate Contractors’ activities on Company OHS standards; Assess Safety Services Providers.

Safety Responsibilities:

• To ensure personal commitment to Occupational Health and Safety in compliance with Russian Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations, TKE Corporate Health and Safety & Environment Policy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree (in the field of occupational and industrial safety);
• Preferably 10 years of experience within the HSE area, 5+ managerial years of professional experience in international companies;
• OHS professional, flexible with a ”modern”’ safety approach and some leading by influencing others skills;
• Strong knowledge of Russian and international OHS standards;
• Excellent English and Russian skills (written and verbal);
• Experience on risk assessment and analysis;
• Experience on Auditing;
• Experience on Behaviour Based safety;
• Experience on incident reduction strategies;
• Hands on experience in construction/elevator industry
• Required Competencies:
