We invite you to join our team as a Infrastructure IT Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing overall IT Infrastructure and Information Security operations in line with corporate guidelines.
• Manage a dynamic team of individuals distributed geographically, ensuring high performance, motivation and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and policies.
• Manage information security operations to ensure the integrity and compliance of company infrastructure and data.
• Maintain system, network, and security disaster recovery plans, scripts, and coordinate testing.
• Define local architecture in line with business needs and corporate requirements.
• Ensure system performance, availability levels and SLA's are met, constantly improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction.
• Ensure full lifetime IT asset management.
• Manage relationships with IT product and service providers.
• Provide in depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives.
• Interface with local management, regional and corporate IT to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assess the relative impact of IT industry trends to current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and projects. Participate in IT strategy planning activities.
• Ensure the infrastructure team is mitigating, monitoring and managing infrastructure and information security related risks.
• Ensure delivery of individual and team projects allocated within aggressive delivery times.
• Manage IT budget.
• Provide occasional out of hours support.
• Perform administration of systems in accordance with defined responsibility matrix.
• Participate in business requirements definition, implementation and support of business systems assigned to Infrastructure team.
• Deputize Information Technology Director.
• Performs any other duties as may be required from time to time.

• To succeed in this position, you have an ability to work independently in an international setting as a part of an international matrix IT organization. You have a positive hands-on approach and can deliver high quality work and excellent results even under pressure and deadlines.
• 5+ years’ experience in a combination of systems administration, networking, security, risk management and technology jobs.
• University degree in computer science or related area.
• Good understanding of Server & desktop hardware/ operating systems, networks, firewalls, telecoms, etc.
• Experience of IT supplier management processes.
• In depth ITIL Knowledge.
• General understanding and experience on ERP and related systems and processes.
• Fluent communications skills in English.
• Attention to Detail.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to work in complex multinational matrix environment.
• Experience working effectively in a collaborative environment with other internal and external technology professionals to identify and implement new technology solutions, and effective policies and procedures.
• A very strong customer orientated approach with a delivery bias.
