We are looking for a Community Manager for the Agency Growth Kit product with a "can-do" and “nothing is impossible” attitude who is ready to join a dynamic team!
Key responsibilities:
- Lead influencer communications and community management strategies.
- Management and scaling of social media channel (FB, TW, Quora, etc.) via engaging content ideation and creation.
- Activities aimed at stimulating user-generated content creation and influencers' opinions sharing.
- Building a community around our product and digital marketing agencies audience.
- Organizing webinars or other forms of online events with influencers.
- Building a network of influencers for digital marketing agencies audience.
- Finding collaboration opportunities to increase the reach of our product via affiliates and referrals.
- Creating valuable pieces of content, e.g. researches or online courses based on opinion leaders opinions.
Job requirements
- Strong verbal and written English skills (C1 - is a must).
- Higher Education (preferably in Marketing, PR).
- Senior specialist with at least 4 years of work experience managing communications strategy in a creative, high-growth business and technology environment.
- Work experience with clients: as an account manager, customer support specialist, community manager, social media marketing manager.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching a conference or event).
- Excellent project management skills to work well in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- Ability to analyze online user engagement metrics with the help of Facebook insights, Google Analytics and similar tools.
- Understanding and knowledge of SEO, advertising, content marketing and social media channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
