The purpose of the role is to support development and execution of company e-commerce strategy, sales and promo execution with direct customers for all categories in PepsiCo, taking into consideration the worldwide and regional experience. Be a pro-active leader with communication with inside ( Sales, marketing, shopper insights, master data, finance, etc.) and outside clients ( customers, agencies). Responsible for all ecom activations within customers, be a project owner (Catman , RTF projects, eCom promo library), leader of sale out reporting process (based on the eCom customers data).
Accountabilities:
- Act as the driver and project leader in development and implementation of Company’s e-commerce strategy for rapid delivery and concierge ecom subchannels for all categories
- Manage Rapid Delivery and Concierge customers (Yandex.Lavka, Samokat, Sbermarket, igooods etc)
- Fix ecom basics for customers based on the guidelines
- Conduct negotiations with customers to ensure best proposition for PEP is agreed. Align customer turnover, ecom objectives and plan to achieve the targets
- Analyze and share best practice with sales, marketing and ESSA teams
- Ensure that the e-commerce strategy is consistent with the other sales and marketing activities. Define key players. Execute on-line promo and sales activation plan.
- Analyze and interpret e-commerce trends to identify and recommend opportunities for each customer development and support
- Own the online/digital customer relationships with key retailers to become a trusted advisor, creating strategic partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with retailers
- Supporting sales team with creating Joint Business Plans with Customers
- Work closely with sales teams on strategic/growth levers for the eCom
- Creating and monthly updating promo library (before and post promo analysis, ROI, etc.)
- Lead and deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth in in the market
- Branded presence in eshop enhance. Leads quality of product description in eshops, categorization, search visibility, shop-in-shop, control and evaluate the work of customer content teams .
- Ensures strategic effective partnership with customers on day-to-day basis.
- eCom/digital experience 1-3 years
- Proven experience and a track record of exceptional Sales, Performance Marketing performance within a B2C or B2B environment
- Proven expertise in digital strategies execution
- Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally
- Proactive approach - drive online sales and customer engagement whilst taking others with you.
- Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
- Strong track record of over delivery against commercial targets
- Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial focus
- Upper Intermediate level of English as minimum level of knowledge
