We are looking for a professional result-oriented English teacher for our friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- evaluate the level of English among employees, identify gaps;
- develop and implement strategies and tactics to improve the level of the English language of employees;
- develop and follow the curriculum based on the identified gaps, needs and chosen strategies, prepare lesson plans;
- conduct individual and group lessons online and offline;
- assist the employees in preparation for interviews and certifications;
- monitor progress and suggest relevant changes in the learning approach and process;
- implement advanced teaching methods.
Requirements:
- English C1/C2 CEFR ;
- BA/MA in Teaching or an equivalent;
- TKT, CELTA or other TESOL certification from a reputable source is desirable but not mandatory;
- experience in teaching business English and/or English for Specific Purposes;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, result orientation, learning ability, responsibility, optimism;
- desire to work and develop in the IT field;
- technical or IT background will be a plus.
