Position: Implementation Project Manager (Russia).

- Home office based. Location within the country 100% flexible - as long as available during Russian and CET office hours
Essential Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Project management certification and experience
- Experience in managing project of IT solutions implementations (ERP, CRM, BI solutions)
- Excellent time management, able to organize teams, take responsibility and deliver the results
- Ability to be a perfect bridge between the customers and their requirements and product team
- Ability to set targets and achieve them
- Adaptivity and adequacy under the pressure and in stressful situations
- Understand agriculture space, sensitivities. Understanding Agro business (farmers, distributors, terminology)
- An adopter of new technology, familiar with modern IT solutions and technologies
- Fast and easy learner on new things
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Open minded, transparent, courageous, team worker
- Fundamental desire to make customer successful and deliver “wow” service level
- Demonstrable success in prior roles
- Prior experience in fast growth and trend setting organizations is a big plus
- Mirroring & ability to engage and be engaging at all levels
- Fluent Russian and English is a must - other European languages is a big plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing projects of Commercial Effectiveness Platform implementation
- Manage implementation projects of Commercial Effectiveness Platform
- Responsible for the project KPIs (goals) achievement and timelines
- Being responsible for rhythm of business organization of the implementation projects
- Setting a perfect bridge between the customers and their requirements and product team
- Build long term rapport with customers and provide day-to-day support during implementation
- Guide customers through onboarding and implementation phases to accelerate time to value
- Conduct project review meetings on pre-defined success metrics. Help client attain value from the system.
- Facilitate meetings with client to handle concerns, overcome resistance to change and drive system adoption; gather client’s requirements to configure project settings
- Prepare reports on project status and customer activities – requests, issues etc
- Leverage understanding of the Agro business industry processes to provide best practice advice to clients
- Identify services needs, and also upsell and cross sell additional features for existing customers.
- Work closely with Sales team to facilitate renewals / extensions
